Eating quality meat means taking care of oneself and respecting the environment in which we live. It is with this in mind that, for over half a century, we have been choosing only first quality meat from the best farms, both Italian and European, carefully selected on the basis of the breed and the method of rearing.
In order to obtain excellent products each type of meat undergoes a different period of hanging, depending on the sex, weight and breed of the animal and on the required further processing. Only then are the fresh and cured meats sold to the public.
