La Fattoria di Bonaldo
The land, now cultivated with olive trees, was once occupied by arable land; near the farm thrive plum, cherry, apricot and peach trees that yield good home-made jams that preserve the flavours of the past. Another product is honey. Extracted from the few hives present, due to the limited production, it cannot be sold on the market. However, the bees carry out a precious work of pollination of the fruit trees. The cellars for tasting our products are located in shelters dating back to World War II which have recently been renovated; the work completed this year has created a homely environment, in which attention to detail, elegance and tradition meet in a timeless atmosphere.
